Field Notes

Brands, products, events and booths, one at a time. The ongoing editorial feed between issues.

From Issue 001 · Flower Expo Illinois 2026

Field Note 001 · Redemption Botanicals

First stop on Day 1. Two dabs right away and everything after had a benchmark to beat.

Field Note 002 · IC Collective

IC Collective isn’t a brand I discovered in Illinois. That history gave this booth real context, but it’s not why this made the guide.

Field Note 003 · ZOI

Gourmet, functional and made to actually make your day better.

Field Note 004 · CRONJA

A culture-first brand with a product that backed it up.

Field Note 005 · Nature’s Grace & Wellness / JOOS

A completely refreshed look, a much more considered JOOS device, and a clear sign Nature’s Grace & Wellness is heading into 2027 differently.

Field Note 006 · Mile High Melts

I tried a lot of concentrates at Flower Expo. Kiwi Slushie was the dab I kept thinking about afterward.

Field Note 007 · P37

I didn’t know much about P37 when I walked up. I knew a lot more by the time I left.
