1Who we are

ProcureCulture (procureculture.com) is published by John Hirsch in Illinois. Contact: JohnCliftonHirsch@gmail.com.

2Information you give us

  • Guide requests: when you request the Buyer’s AI Prompt Guide, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to email you the download link.
  • Newsletter (optional): only if you tick the box on the form do we add you to the ProcureCulture mailing list for new issues, Field Notes and guides. The box is never pre-ticked, and the guide is sent either way.
  • Email to us: if you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.

3Information collected automatically

Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. It’s used to deliver and secure the site.

When you submit the guide form, your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. We don’t store it.

Download links contain a coded expiry date, never your email address or other personal information.

4Cookies and tracking

We don’t set cookies, and we don’t use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or cross-site tracking. We don’t load fonts or scripts from other companies when you read the site.

We don’t turn on open or click tracking in the emails we send.

5How we use information

  • To send the guide you asked for.
  • If you opted in, to send the ProcureCulture newsletter.
  • To reply to your emails.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

6Service providers

  • Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend: sending the guide email and, if you opted in, storing your newsletter subscription.
  • Google (Gmail): receiving and replying to email sent to us.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

7How long we keep it

Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe. Records of guide emails are kept by our email provider under its retention settings. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records.

8Your choices

  • Unsubscribe anytime: reply “unsubscribe” to any newsletter email, or email us.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you: email JohnCliftonHirsch@gmail.com.
  • You can request the guide without joining the newsletter.

9Security

The site is served over HTTPS, download links are signed and expire after 30 days, and we keep the information we collect to a minimum. No system is perfectly secure.

10Age

This site is for adults 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if you believe we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

11Changes

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
