Nature’s Grace & Wellness / JOOS · A refreshed brand. A better JOOS.

This didn’t feel like the old NGW

A completely refreshed look, a much more considered JOOS device, and a clear sign Nature’s Grace & Wellness is heading into 2027 differently.

I met up with Dave Joutras, my sales rep from Nature’s Grace & Wellness, at the booth, and one of the first things I noticed was how different everything looked.

This was not just a JOOS refresh. The branding across the NGW portfolio had been updated, and the whole presentation felt cleaner, more modern and much more intentional. It immediately felt like they were making a real push going into 2027.

Dave walked me through the new JOOS BOXX 2G and personally showed me how everything worked. We went through the screen, the voltage settings and the different functions, and Mike Barranco, Sales Director, joined the conversation as well.

What I liked was that they were not just showing me a new package. They were excited about the hardware itself, and they wanted me to actually use it.

The experience

I tried the BOXX right there at the booth, and the first thing I noticed was how smooth the hit was.

Dave gave me one to take home and spend some real time with, and I have been smoking on it throughout the week. The flavor has stayed good, the draw has stayed smooth, and after actually living with the device for a few days, I understand why they were so excited about it.

“I’ve been smoking on it all week, and now I understand why they were so excited about the hardware.”

It feels like a meaningful step forward from the JOOS devices I remember, and when you combine that with the new look across the entire NGW lineup, the bigger picture starts to make sense.

The platform

The new JOOS device has a custom LED screen that displays battery life, voltage mode and puff duration. It also gives the user three voltage settings, USB-C charging and a ceramic heating system designed around smoother, more consistent draws. The BOXX platform is available in both 1G and 2G formats.

The portfolio around the hardware has changed too. JOOS is now organized around three clear product directions: Live, Strain Specific and Flavored.

The takeaway

This made the guide because I got to see the hardware explained in person, try it at the booth, take one home, and then use it over the course of the week. The device performed the way Dave described it.

Nature’s Grace & Wellness looked different at Flower Expo. More importantly, it felt different. And heading into 2027, that is worth paying attention to.
