ZOI · A fresh approach to edibles & topicals
More than a product: a purpose
Gourmet, functional and made to actually make your day better.
By John Hirsch · · Issue 001

I first met Christina and the ZOI team at Flower Expo 2026, the same event where ZOI officially launched. Their booth immediately stood out, not just because of the products, but because of the energy. Christina’s passion, knowledge and genuine care for the cannabis community were evident from the start.
What caught my attention right away were the unique edible offerings: gourmet chocolate infused with cannabis. The flavors, quality and creativity were unlike anything else at the show. You could tell these weren’t just another edible; they were thoughtfully crafted to be both delicious and effective.
ZOI Smiles isn’t just about great tasting edibles. Their topicals line, including the Kinesis balm and lotion, was one of the standouts of the booth. I watched Christina and her team give live massages at the Expo, and the reaction from people in the chair was instant.
“The reaction was instant, right there at the booth.”
The quality, consistency and care that goes into every product is clear. From the delicious Smirks candies to the high-performing topicals, everything they make feels considered, from flavor to format. That’s what makes ZOI different.
Christina is the kind of founder who actually shows up: doing pop-ups, supporting the dispensaries that carry her products and building real relationships in the Illinois cannabis community. She brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to the people around her. It’s refreshing to see a brand that not only makes great products, but also invests in the success of the retailers and community that support them.
ZOI Smiles is a true example of what’s possible when passion, purpose and people come together. They’re raising the bar for edibles and topicals, and making the cannabis industry a brighter place.
